OverviewA spacious ECO LODGE is located in the "Kinchigune" area of Belihuloya, with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and the "Samanalawewa" reservoir. The lodge has been restored using traditional old methods such as cajan (weaved coconut palm leaf) to cover the clay tiled roof. It still has its mud walls, mud & cow dung mixture spread floor, kithul poles in windows etc. and is furnished with old(restored) traditional chairs and beds.Set in a shady garden full of a variety of herbs and trees, guests can even pluck a jack fruit from one of the trees and learn to cook it the Sri Lankan way!AccommodationThis Eco Lodge has a single room and a Double room which could be converted to a triple providing enough space even for a family ! Additional bedding could be requested in the main living area. Tiled Bathroom with toilet is attached to the lodge and has a wash basin and a Hot & Cold water shower.
